Since I have started working out pretty much daily, I have also been making quite a few changes to my diet.
So I have been really thinking about eating raw foods 1 day a week, what do you think will it make a difference? Should I do a meal a day a couple days a week instead of a whole day? Contrary to what my husband thinks I am not trying to become vegetarian but I would like to give a raw diet a try what is the best way to go about it?
Speaking of raw foods right now over at Fitnessista she is having a Living Raw Food Cookbook GiveAway, so head on over contest ends 7/13

i have never jumped on the raw food train but from what i've heard from other blogettes it seems to do wonders for them! good luck, girlie :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you enjoy it. Hey if you read back just a few tiny years, I couldn't imagin running further than a 5K..now I can't stand running anything shorter than 10 miles when I hit the road. It happens quick!
Have fun!
I thinklittle by little adding in the raw food! you can go the flexitarian route!
I like the whole concept of being a flexitarian! I pretty much eat whatever sounds good. I like to do one vegetarian day a week, if only to save a little coin. Today I had one bite of meat (the husband's dinner).
My sister is able to go for a few days ...maybe weeks on a raw diet and she LOVES it. I choose to try meals here and there. I suppose whether you do a day or a meal it just depends on how well it fits into your routine. Personally, I feel it gives me more energy and helps clear my mind (if that makes sense?).
Good luck!
i can't be any help on this, but i'm interested in how it works out if you try it.
I don't know why it wouldn't be beneficial to at least try! I look forward to reading about your raw food adventures :-)
