Wednesday: 3.02 miles
Thursday: 1.7 mile (walk with my workout buddies in the picture below.)

This coming week I...

..am going to be able to go to step class on Monday (yay!!! I had to miss the past 2 weeks because my husband was away)

..will also be able to get to the gym to run on days the weather is to bad (no excuses I am going to run at least 3 days this week)

..will be starting the KettleWorx system workouts ( review and giveaway coming soon so keep an eye out)
